Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep and repair of buildings, grounds, vehicles, machinery, and equipment. This position involves preventive maintenance, routine repairs, equipment inspections, and general facility upkeep.
Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on buildings, machinery, equipment, and vehicles.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential repairs.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs, including fixing minor leaks, clearing clogs, and replacing fixtures.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance, such as replacing bulbs, fuses, and safely resetting breakers.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment or facility issues.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete general maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Report major repairs, safety concerns, or issues requiring licensed professionals to management.
• Assist with additional maintenance projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facility maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and general repairs.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to assist with various maintenance needs.
• Ability to recognize tasks requiring specialized training or licensed professionals.
