In this role, you will lead the maintenance and enhancement of proprietary AI agents, ensuring they evolve into a proactive and autonomous system. Collaborating closely with the VP of IT and leading a small, dynamic development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping innovative AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the upkeep and further development of existing AI agents, ensuring they meet evolving business demands.

• Utilize full-stack engineering techniques to create scalable solutions, implementing best practices like Clean Architecture.

• Mentor junior team members on technical skills and foster a collaborative work environment focused on AI development.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to align AI development with organizational goals and client needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in agentic development, with demonstrable projects or products utilizing this approach.

• Strong understanding of business needs and how to translate them into technical specifications, ideally in the logistics sector.

• A data-driven mindset, evidenced by previous projects where data influenced development decisions and outcomes.

• Familiarity with .NET Core and Modern Angular, with at least 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
