Leitender Oberarzt (m/w/d) Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie | Wasserburg, Germany | On-site We are seeking a senior physician to play a pivotal role in establishing and leading a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit. The Role • Lead the structural and content development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit. • Establish processes, workflows, and quality standards for the new department. • Assume leadership of a newly formed multidisciplinary team. • Oversee diagnostic and therapeutic responsibilities for children and adolescents, including treatment planning and supervision of junior doctors. • Implement quality assurance and outcome measurement systems to continuously improve care. • Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with psychosomatic departments. • Engage in internal training and take opportunities for research and conference participation. What You'll Need • Specialist physician qualification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. • Several years of clinical experience as a senior physician in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. • Proven ability to actively shape structures and lead development processes. • Experience in team leadership and building effective multidisciplinary teams. • Strong professional expertise and high social competence. • Commitment, responsibility, and openness to new developments. • Ability to make decisions with an understanding of economic contexts.
