Human Resources Specialist - ER or TUPE

HRLife are looking to speak with pro-active, HR generalists who have a background in either ER or TUPE to help out on a short term project whilst the business goes through a busy period of change.

You'll ideally need to be available to start in the next 2/3 weeks and be happy being in their MK office 3 days a week and working 2 days at home.

Working in a busy HR team, you'll be happy supporting with a variety of different tasks, rolling your sleeves up and supporting the business as they embark on a busy period.

Either you'll be a TUPE expert and be able to support with some new TUPE projects bringing employees into the business and manage the full related process or you'll have extensive ER experience where you'll be able to support with complex ER cases - supporting line managers to ensure processes are followed and smooth outcomes are reached.

You'll be employed until end of December on a FTC basis.

Salary - c.50-55k
