Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across our engineering and platform teams. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, program execution rigor, and stakeholder management to drive large-scale initiatives from inception to delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams (engineering, data, platform, and product).

·       Define program scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.

·       Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and timely delivery.

·       Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure scalable and efficient technical solutions.

·       Establish and enforce best practices for program governance, reporting, and communication.

·       Identify and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.

·       Manage stakeholder expectations across senior leadership, product, and engineering teams.

·       Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, including Agile/PI planning and execution.

·       Track and report program status, KPIs, and outcomes. 

Required Qualifications

·       10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.

·       Strong technical background with experience in cloud platforms (preferably AWS), distributed systems, or data platforms.

·       Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex programs in enterprise environments.

·       Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and program management frameworks.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. 

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience in financial services, data platforms, or regulated industries.

·       Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and operational excellence practices.

·       Experience working with cross-geography teams and offshore/onshore models.

·       PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
