Baer is looking for SAP Test Cutover & Hypercare Lead for a 6+ month remote project.
Title: SAP Test Cutover & Hypercare Lead
Location: Remote (with travel to client sites as required, Atlanta, GA)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Overview
The SAP Test, Cutover & Hypercare Lead manages testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities to ensure a smooth and stable transition into production.
Description:

• Lead test planning, UAT, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate test execution, defects, environments, and issue resolution.
• Develop and execute detailed cutover and go-live plans.
• Coordinate data migration, integrations, system readiness, and business validation.
• Lead cutover command center and hypercare activities.
• Monitor production issues, system stability, KPIs, and escalations.
• Coordinate IT, business, vendors, and support teams.
• Transition stabilized systems to steady-state support.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in testing, cutover, hypercare, or ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, data migration, integrations, and production readiness.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through go-live.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
• SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP experience preferred
• Manufacturing, supply chain, retail, or distribution experience preferred
• ServiceNow, Remedy, or ITIL experience preferred
