🚀 Senior Customer Success Manager (Key Accounts) | German Speaking | London (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a fast-growing global technology company, and they're looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to handle their Key-Accounts .

If you're passionate about building strategic client relationships, driving commercial growth, and working with enterprise brands, this could be an excellent opportunity.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers as their trusted strategic advisor.

• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts.

• Delivering data-driven business reviews and performance insights.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Advising clients on strategy, market trends, and best practices to help maximise their success.

What we're looking for:

✔ 3+ years' experience in Customer Success or Account Management.

✔ Experience working in SaaS, software, logistics, or another B2B technology environment.

✔ A commercial mindset with experience growing existing customer accounts.

✔ Strong analytical and presentation skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Fluent German and English (spoken and written) are essential.

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

Full-time, permanent
