REMOTE - Full Stack Technical Lead (Python and Angular) - Visa Independent

Job Summary:
Seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in Angular and Python to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural knowledge, technical leadership experience, and the ability to solve complex business and system-level challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack application development using Angular 17+/18/19 and Python.
• Design scalable, high-performance frontend and backend architectures.
• Develop modern Angular applications using TypeScript, RxJS/Signals, Reactive Forms, and state management.
• Build Python backend services using FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy/ORM, and asynchronous processing.
• Implement real-time and collaborative UI capabilities using WebSockets and optimistic concurrency.
• Work with PostgreSQL/SQL, AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex full-stack, performance, scalability, and integration issues.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8-10 years of full-stack software/product engineering experience with technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on Angular 17+ (preferably 18/19) and Python experience.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, performance optimization, scalability, asynchronous communication, and complex business logic.
• Production experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy/ORM, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, and CI/CD.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Life Sciences, Clinical Trials, Clinical Management Systems, or GxP/FDA-regulated environments.
• Experience in other highly regulated domains such as BFSI/KYC.
• Familiarity with AI/cloud-based development tools for accelerated software development.
