Job description

A Fast Track to Executive Leadership

Victory Home Remodeling is building a national home improvement powerhouse—and we’re looking for the leaders who will help take us there. Already the #34 largest remodeler in our space and approaching a quarter-billion dollars in revenue, we’re growing fast and building our next generation of market executives.

This opportunity is built for proven leaders in sales, sales training, canvassing, or operations who have mastered their current lane and are hungry to lead at a higher level. You’ve built teams, driven performance, and delivered results. Now it’s time to expand your range, sharpen your business acumen, and prepare to run an entire market.

Our Executive in Training (EIT) program is not a title in waiting or a seat in a classroom. It’s a performance-driven path to executive leadership—working alongside Victory’s senior leaders, learning our operating model, and proving you can build a team, run a business, and scale a market. As we expand nationwide, your opportunity could be to take the reins of an established market or help launch a new one from the ground up.

And at Victory, winning means more than hitting a number. Through our proprietary ecosystem, we invest in the whole person—developing the skills, mindset, and leadership habits to help you win here and in life. We believe people who grow, feel valued, find purpose, build stronger teams, create better experiences, and deliver more sustainable results.

The Role

As an Executive in Training, you’ll work directly with Victory leadership to build the capabilities required to lead a major function of the business and ultimately run a market. You’ll bring your existing leadership strengths to your designated department while gaining a broader understanding of how Sales, Installation Operations, training, and customer experience work together to drive growth, profitability, quality, and team performance.

This is a hands-on proving ground. You’ll lead people, solve real business challenges, make decisions, own measurable outcomes, and learn to see the business beyond your current function. You’ll be challenged, coached, and expected to turn feedback into action.

Advancement is earned through performance, leadership readiness, and business opportunity—not simply time served. The anticipated development period is approximately 6–18 months, depending on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead and develop people: Build strong teams, set clear expectations, coach performance, and create the next generation of leaders.

•  Drive business results: Own measurable goals and learn to manage the indicators that move revenue, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

•  Master the Victory operating model: Build a working command of our business, systems, processes, and end-to-end customer experience.

•  Build for scale: Learn to recruit, onboard, train, develop, and retain high-performing teams as Victory expands into new markets.

•  Make data-driven decisions: Use reporting and performance metrics to spot opportunities, solve problems, and continuously improve results.

•  Operate with ownership: Take responsibility for outcomes, address challenges directly, and follow through when it matters.

•  Lead across functions: Partner with Sales, SDR/canvassing, Installation Operations, training, and executive leadership to deliver market-wide results.

•  Prepare to run a market: Develop the leadership, financial, operational, and people-management capabilities to lead an established market or help build a new one.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for accomplished leaders who have already shown they can move people and numbers—and who know their next level requires learning, not just doing more of what they already know.

You are someone who:

•  Has a competitive mindset and a track record of delivering measurable results.

•  Knows how to lead, coach, motivate, and hold people accountable to high standards.

•  Understands that a strong culture and strong performance reinforce each other.

•  Is comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and owning outcomes.

•  Is coachable, adaptable, and committed to getting 1% better every day.

•  Wants responsibility, growth, and the chance to help build something bigger than themselves.

•  Is willing to travel during training and open to relocation or commuting as market needs require.

Requirements

•  10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years directly leading people.

•  Demonstrated success managing teams, performance metrics, and business outcomes.

•  Experience in a results-driven environment with clear accountability for performance.

•  Strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.

•  A business-minded approach to problem-solving, planning, and execution.

•  Willingness to travel during training and flexibility to relocate as Victory expands are highly valued.

•  High integrity, resilience, accountability, and coachability.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Leadership experience in home remodeling, home improvement, home services, or another outside-sales organization.

•  Experience in sales leadership, sales training, canvassing/SDR, installation operations, or leading a branch, market, department, or multi-team operation.

•  Exposure to revenue, budgets, profit margins, staffing plans, or other business performance measures.

Compensation & Benefits

•  $100,000–$125,000 base salary, plus applicable commission and performance-based incentive opportunities.

•  Health benefits.

•  401(k).

•  Health and wellness perks.

•  Performance-based trips and awards.

•  Team outings, travel opportunities, and a high-energy, people-first culture.

•  Annual, company-paid end-of-year trip for you and your significant other.

•  A structured, performance-driven development opportunity designed to accelerate your path to executive leadership.

What Makes Victory Different?

We’re building more than a remodeling company. We’re building a place where ambitious people can do the best work of their careers—and become stronger leaders and better versions of themselves along the way.

Our proprietary ecosystem is designed to educate, empower, engage, and energize our people. It connects leadership development with real experiences, recognition, personal growth, and a culture built around joy, value, and purpose. Because when people are developed—not just deployed—they’re more likely to stay, grow, lead, and deliver results that last.

The opportunity is real: help shape a rapidly expanding business, work alongside leaders who expect a lot and invest in your growth, and earn the chance to run a market as Victory grows nationwide. You’ll be challenged to raise your standards, widen your perspective, and turn potential into performance.

If you’re an experienced sales, training, canvassing, or operations leader ready to trade the next rung for a bigger mountain to climb, let’s talk. Your next move shouldn’t just be a bigger job. It should build a bigger future.
