The Role • Assume overall responsibility for market management at a location, ensuring successful integration with all product lines. • Support leadership in directing market logistics and developing a product-driven organization. • Identify cost efficiencies, improve operational processes, and drive service excellence to enhance business results. • Explore and introduce new product opportunities within assigned markets, understanding competitive landscapes. • Proactively mitigate risks, including worker's compensation injuries and security losses. • Foster positive employee relations, maintain high ethical standards, and ensure the company's reputation is upheld. • Oversee recruitment, training, mentoring, and development of supervisory teams. • Build profitable customer relationships through excellent communication and service levels. What You'll Need • Minimum of 5 years of operations experience in banking, money processing, or transportation/logistics. • Ability to obtain a valid firearms permit and guard card or any other required licenses. • A clear DOT/DMV record. • Ability to routinely lift a minimum of 50 lbs. • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
