The Role

• Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems (ADAS).
• Take on the additional role of "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" responsible for technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Advise and support customers from order placement to vehicle handover with a strong service orientation.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and the processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, oversee inventory procedures, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a vehicle mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician.
• Willingness to undergo the "Sachkundeprüfung" or already hold the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification.
• A Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency, with comfort in administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and foster trusting, collaborative relationships.
