Technical Sales Representative | Saint Paul, MN | Hybrid We're hiring on behalf of a leading provider of specialized calibration and mechanical services with a decades-long history of operational excellence. The Role • Drive new calibration business growth within the Twin Cities metro area by actively prospecting and securing opportunities. • Promote and sell specialized calibration services across temperature, dimensional, pressure, scales, flow, and torque. • Develop accurate and competitive quotes, bids, and proposals for a diverse range of clients. • Conduct client site visits to assess needs, understand application requirements, and identify potential service opportunities. • Act as the main point of contact for new and existing customers throughout the sales cycle. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industries including manufacturing, laboratories, and aerospace. What You'll Need • Minimum 3 years of experience in calibration sales, technical sales, or a related field. • Solid understanding of calibration disciplines such as temperature, dimensional, pressure, scales, flow, and torque. • Proven track record of successfully hunting for and developing new business in a technical sector. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities. • Ability to interpret technical specifications and service requirements. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
