The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies. • Drive sales performance through comprehensive clinical knowledge and strategic account management. • Utilize data-based insights and digital tools to identify opportunities and develop tactics. • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, managing accounts holistically. • Gather market intelligence and apply therapeutic expertise to uncover and prioritize opportunities. • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales experience. • Demonstrated ability to achieve high scores on product knowledge exams and maintain annual certification. • Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and excellent communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Must reside within 40 miles of territory boundaries (Madison, Janesville, Beloit, LaCrosse, Eau Claire). • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
