Job description

Manage physical loan collateral for the Warehouse Lending team, including receiving, logging, quality-checking, storing, reconciling and shipping original loan documents. Assist clients with questions, maintain accurate vault records, prepare loan documents for processing, and follow applicable regulatory requirements. This is a fully onsite role in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and log incoming packages from FedEx and UPS.
  • Quality-control collateral documents and mark them accurately.
  • Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and endorse allonges and package notes for pickup.
  • Reconcile physical notes in the vault with the Warehouse Lending System weekly.
  • Follow financial institution regulations and company policies and procedures.
