Senior Technical Project Manager

Role Requirements:

•7-10 years of work experience with a reputed Real Estate developer/ Bank/ NBFC /Consulting firm with experience in the South Indian market and real estate lending business.

•Experience in the planning and/or project monitoring functions

•Undertake financial analysis and estimation for the various projects and prepare presentations and reports.

•Ability to manage multiple assignments/multi-tasking, including follow-ups, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

•Conducting regular site visits

•Analysing the costing & approvals and estimating the balance cost to be incurred

•Coordinating with the developer on project progress/ MIS

•Working on Micro Market Analysis

•Analysing the sources and application of funds

•Tracking covenants stipulated in the sanction terms.

•Consolidating the AM reports and summarising the report

•Preparing Presentation
