Job Summary

We are looking for a Frontend React Developer with a strong Java backend background to join a strategic application modernization initiative for client. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade web applications using React.js while also possessing solid expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong backend development experience using:
• Core Java
• Spring Boot
• RESTful APIs
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with JSON and API integrations.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience (preferred).
• Experience working with Azure Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with Kafka or enterprise messaging platforms.
• Knowledge of LogStash, Splunk, or monitoring tools.
• Experience with JUnit and automated testing.
• Exposure to DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js.
• Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and consume REST APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and product owners.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Mandatory Requirements

• Banking experience is highly preferred.
