Job Description

Job Title : Senior Associate - Workplace Services Role - System Analyst Location - Sydney Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in analysing and documenting business requirements and processes and translating these into fit for purpose IT systems, policies and procedures.
  • 1-2 years of providing advanced IT Support and Change Management in a medium to large organization.
  • Software deployment experience within a large enterprise.
  • Experience in the installation of various IT infrastructure such as routers, switches, wireless access points, UPS, ATS, PDU.
  • Experience working with Infrastructure project delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to support current version Windows OS.
  • Proven ability to support other - Microsoft applications(Project, Visio, etc.)
  • Proven ability to support mainstream vendor client applications, Adobe, Teams, Oracle, etc.
  • Understanding of SCCM Framework for software deployments.
  • Airline and/or travel industry experience Requirement Essential Desirable Skills.
  • Proven ability to support Microsoft Windows SOE Environments including Windows 10.
  • Proven ability to support Apple Mac OS and to support the Microsoft Office and 365 suite.
  • Proven ability to administer Active Directory & Exchange Servers.
  • Ability to support and troubleshoot Mobile Device Operating Systems (Android, iPadOS iOS, Windows)
  • Ability to work with differing stakeholders and demonstrated practical skills associated with management and operational support of IT infrastructure and associated technical architecture.
  • A proven ability to build strong relationships that result in trust and rofessional, Confident & Positive Attitude.
  • Ability to install and administer computer hardware, software and networks in an Enterprise environment.
  • Stress and time management and IT hardware installation and configuration.
  • Ethernet and fibre cable patching, testing, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of communication rack systems.
Qualification and Essential Skills and experience required for job:
  • Graduation with over 04 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
  • IT Industry Certifications or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure including On Prem and Cloud Technologies.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (Change Management, Incident Management, etc)
  • Microsoft certification(s), Tertiary qualifications in IT, ITIL
  • Previous experience working as part of a desktop and network support team.
  • Previous experience with current Windows Operating Environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate complex thoughts and ideas clearly Highly
  • developed interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent facilitation skills encompassing user & management levels. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, and the ability to think on your feet with little oversight.
