This role suits someone with a strong tools background who understands site delivery and wants long-term career progression. Your Role as a Junior Civil Project Manager Will Include:

Coordinating civil subcontractors, direct labour, and specialist trades on site.<br />Monitoring progress against the programme and reporting into senior site leadership.<br />Ensuring all civil works meet quality standards, drawings, and specifications.<br />Attending site coordination and progress meetings.<br />Maintaining strong health &amp; safety standards and site compliance at all times.

As a Junior Civil Project Manager, You Will Have:

A strong civil background such as groundworks, reinforced concrete works, structural works, or civil site engineering.<br />Experience working in industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or data-centre environments.<br />Ambition to progress into construction or project management roles.<br />Willingness to travel or stay away for projects when required.<br />Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive mindset
