We are looking for a Senior WebSphere Developer/Architect with extensive experience in Traditional WebSphere Application Server (WAS) to Open Liberty/WebSphere Liberty migrations for a large-scale enterprise application modernization initiative.

 ✅ Application Modernization Accelerator (AMA)
 ✅ IBM Bob
 ✅ Performance Analysis & Health Checks
 ✅ Knowledge Transfer & Technical Documentation
 ✅ Strong Client-facing Communication Skills
 ✅ Experience working in an Embedded Delivery Model
 ✅ DevOps & CI/CD experience (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Lead migration of enterprise applications from Traditional WAS to Open Liberty.
Analyze, remediate, and modernize Java application code.
Configure, install, and optimize WebSphere Liberty environments.
Troubleshoot migration, deployment, and performance issues.
Work directly with client application teams and stakeholders.
Conduct ELM health checks and performance tuning.
Create technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.
Collaborate with IBM delivery teams throughout the modernization initiative.
