The Role • Lead Integration & Test program planning and execution for verification and validation activities. • Develop and execute complex software and/or hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing. • Lead complex integration activities and the development of test environments and tools. • Analyze data, prepare test briefings, and write comprehensive test reports. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to less-experienced engineers. • Identify interdependencies between products and programs to plan integration and test events effectively. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; a Master's degree is a plus. • 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering. • Proven background in Radar-focused software and hardware system integration and test activities, including Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). • Experience with C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware, along with MATLAB for tool development/systems analysis. • Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders on technical issues. • Strong ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with meticulous attention to detail and an analytical approach.
