5+ years of Omnissa/VMWARE Horizon experience (VDI)
5+ year of Senior-Level Windows Infrastructure Experience | Enterprise Windows environments, strong familiarity with Windows servers in virtualized environments
PowerShell Scripting & Automation Experience

Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience administering VDI environments
Strong preference for Omnissa Horizon (VMware Horizon)
Citrix experience acceptable due to technology overlap
Strong Windows infrastructure background
Demonstrated experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
Ability to understand, modify, and leverage scripts (expert-level not required)
Solid troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex, high-impact issues
Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of technical outcomes
Background beyond desktop support (desktop-only experience will not be sufficient)
