Systems Architect
Position Overview
We are looking for a senior Systems Architect to lead the design, development, and integration of advanced manufacturing systems. This person will help solve complex manufacturing challenges and support the development of next-generation PLM systems.
The role serves as a technical expert between manufacturing, IT, engineering, quality, supply chain, and other teams, translating business needs into system and process requirements.
Must-Have Experience

• 8+ years working with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
• 8+ years working with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• 15+ years of experience in Aerospace manufacturing systems and business processes
• 10+ years combined experience in areas such as:
  • Production Scheduling
  • Complex Assembly BOMs
  • Process Planning
  • Condition of Supply
  • Tooling
  • Configuration Management
  • Workflow processes

Key Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience designing systems and architectures for manufacturing
• Experience with PLM, ERP, and MES and how these systems integrate
• Strong understanding of Aerospace manufacturing
• Ability to translate business needs into technical/system requirements
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working across multiple departments and supporting digital transformation

Preferred Experience

• PLM: Teamcenter and/or 3DX
• ERP: OneAero, ERP4C, and/or S4/HANA
• Experience supporting the product digital thread
• Experience partnering with IT and cross-functional teams

Salary: Pay Range $60-125 hourly plus employee benefits
