Location: Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Contract Length: 12 months

Pay Rate: $46/hr - $49/hr

Role Overview

This position is within the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) organization. The Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant will work with Business Systems Consultants and business partners to implement and automate Configuration Management best practices. This role provides leadership in the development and implementation of practices for enterprise-wide IT Asset management, configuration management, and CMDB CSDM relationships. The work is of a complex nature, requiring broad technical knowledge of applications, infrastructure, and the Software Development Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions for cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives.
• Evaluate complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge for technology initiatives.
• Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop functional requirements.
• Lead project and systems documentation, and monitor project schedules and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions.
• Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams by managing key relationships.
• Own and help mature systems integration oversight to achieve performance expectations.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. 3+ years of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) experience.

Technical Skills: ServiceNow CMDB, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and broad IT Infrastructure knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow systems development and/or design experience.
• Cloud Computing experience.
• Common Service Data Model (CSDM) knowledge.
• Operational governance experience.
• Service Asset and Configuration Management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Technology Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• ITIL knowledge.
