The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio within a well-established franchise system. • Take full entrepreneurial responsibility for the studio's operations, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality management. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition strategies. • Ensure members receive an outstanding studio experience. • Uphold all brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Equity capital of €25,000 to €75,000. • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to act independently. • Strong leadership and teamwork skills. • High motivation to build and grow your own business. • Ideally, experience in fitness, service, management, or sales; career changers are welcome. • A passion for fitness, health, and people.
