BMS Commissioning Engineer

BMS Commissioning Engineer London Region 9-Month Contract Outside IR35 I'm recruiting for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to support a major project across the London region. This is an excellent opportunity for a commissioning engineer with a strong background in delivering BMS projects from pre-commissioning through to final handover.

The Role:

Commission, test, and optimise Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure they operate efficiently and meet project specifications.<br />Produce commissioning documentation, reports, and support final client demonstrations and handovers.<br />Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues, making software and control strategy adjustments where required.<br />Carry out point-to-point testing, functional testing, and system validation across HVAC plant and associated controls.

Requirements:

5+ years' experience commissioning Building Management Systems.<br />Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control strategies, and BMS principles.<br />Experience working with one or more major BMS platforms.<br />Proven track record of delivering commissioning projects on commercial or industrial sites.<br />ECS/CSCS Card (or equivalent).<br />SMSTS or SSSTS certification.<br />SIS Modbus Certification
