Job Title: Technical Lead
Location: Phoenix, AZ — local candidates only

Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead to work on system integrations, developing both front-end applications and APIs that support those integrations. The squad works across a large mix of technologies, so the ability to adapt across stacks and integrate with varied systems is essential.

The team environment is people-focused and highly collaborative — everyone on the squad is a developer in some capacity, with the manager and product technical lead driving standards and expectations.

Mandatory Skills

• Angular (primary front-end framework)
• NodeJS, Python, and C# for API development

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build system integrations across a mixed technology landscape.
• Develop front-end applications using Angular.AI,
• Build and maintain APIs using NodeJS, Python, and C#.
• Collaborate with the squad to ensure integrations meet functional and quality standards.
• Contribute to team development standards and technical expectations.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of applicable hands-on software development experience.
• Strong practical skills in Angular, Python, and C#.
• Demonstrated experience with system integration work.
• Professional references available.

Preferred Qualifications

• AI/ML exposure or applied experience.

Interview Process

Three rounds:

1. Internal technical screen (Teams)
2. First customer round (Teams)
3. Second customer round (in-person)

Strong candidates will perform well on both the coding assessment and scenario-based cultural-fit discussion, which is used to gauge how candidates respond to varied technical situations.
