Key Responsibilities

Deliver AI workshops, office hours, and coaching sessions for Finance employees with varying levels of AI experience.
Guide users in building practical AI solutions using approved tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and NotebookLM.
Manage end-to-end workshop operations, including scheduling, participant communications, waitlists, follow-ups, and reporting.
Track AI adoption, business impact, user engagement, success stories, and program metrics through dashboards and reports.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to training, adoption, and change management initiatives.
Support the AI Champion community through onboarding, communications, training tracking, and recognition programs.
Create scalable enablement content, training materials, playbooks, and facilitator guides that enable AI Champions to independently lead sessions.
Provide guidance on advanced AI use cases involving lightweight AI agents, workflows, and integrations, while identifying opportunities for larger AI transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, or similar GenAI platforms.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and program management abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions.
Quick learner with a passion for helping others adopt new technologies.
Comfortable working with employees ranging from beginners to senior leadership.
Positive, patient, and collaborative mindset.
