We're hiring on behalf of a reputable German family-owned company that excels in metal forming, assembly and joining technology, mechanical and plant engineering, and surface technology. This employer is known for its commitment to quality and innovation within its industry.

The Role

• Take responsibility for product quality and output volumes
• Monitor and evaluate relevant process data
• Perform repairs for electrical or mechanical defects
• Control and readjust machine settings
• Operate technical equipment autonomously
• Manage hydraulic and pneumatic systems

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably as an Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician
• Experience with heat treatment processes is advantageous
• Knowledge of automated coating systems
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (early, late, night)
• Valid work permit for Germany
• Proficiency in written and spoken German
