Contract to Hire Opportunity

W2 role 

The Lead UI/UX Engineer is responsible for designing and building the entire front‑end experience with Master Data Platform. It’s a hybrid role combining UX design, front‑end engineering, enterprise data workflows, and technical leadership. They own everything from user research and prototypes to Angular development, design systems, and complex data‑heavy interfaces used by data stewards.
 
Required Skills 

• 6–10 years building enterprise web apps
• Strong Angular + TypeScript
• UX design + prototyping (Figma)
• Building reusable component libraries
• Designing complex data workflows
• AG Grid Enterprise or similar
• State management (NgRx, Redux, Signals)
• REST API integration
• Enterprise security (RBAC, ABAC)
• Accessibility + responsive design

 Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• OData v4
• Master Data Management (MDM) or Data Governance
• Metadata‑driven UI frameworks
• AI‑assisted enterprise applications
• AWS experience

• Deliver the first version of stewardship applications
• Establish reusable Angular components and UX standards
• Improve productivity through better workflows
• Reduce training time with intuitive designs
• Become the go‑to UI/UX partner for Product & Engineering
