Job Description

Job Tittle : CyberArk EPM Engineer 
Location : Malvern, PA
 
Solution design for CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM).
Serve as the EPM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) policy development.
Lead integration of CyberArk EPM with the enterprise technical stack and define rollout strategy.
Act as the SME for business impacts related to CyberArk PAM/EPM solution deployments, including:
Identifying roadblocks and implementation hurdles.
Resolving common deployment challenges.
Providing best-practice recommendations.
Drive successful enterprise-wide CyberArk EPM implementation and deployment.

Hands-on experience with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM).
High-Level Milestones / Deliverables
 
1. EPM Architecture
 
Enable CyberArk EPM architecture to achieve a future-state design by eliminating ambiguity and reducing rework risks.
Facilitate architecture convergence using industry-standard patterns.
Translate evolving architectural designs into operational workflows for all privileged access users.
 
2. CyberArk EPM Implementation
 
Establish CyberArk EPM as the enforced control point for local administrator activities, ensuring all local administrative actions are executed through approved EPM policies rather than persistent local administrator privileges.
 
Key Deliverables
 
Develop end-to-end policy workflows operational with application policies to accelerate a stable pilot baseline.
Design and implement workflows for application policies governing day-to-day privileged access activities.
Design automated processes for enterprise-scale creation and management of EPM policies.
Deploy and validate pilot policies for initial user groups with measurable and observable outcomes.
 
3. Operational Model
 
Build a scalable operational model to support enterprise-wide adoption.
Develop a delivery model to support transition from pilot to production.
Establish governance, support processes, and operational best practices for ongoing CyberArk EPM administration.
 
Required Experience
 
Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM).
Expertise in Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) design and implementation.
Experience designing enterprise-scale EPM architectures.
Hands-on experience implementing application control and least-privilege policies.
Experience integrating CyberArk EPM with enterprise infrastructure.
Proven experience leading enterprise EPM deployments and rollouts.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead technical workshops and provide implementation guidance.
