Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Hyderabad. BDE is responsible for driving participation, engagement, and sales conversions across the organization's training, coaching, products, or service offerings.

The role focuses on proactive client engagement through calls, follow-ups, data management, and ensuring smooth transitions of clients across multiple programs, packages, or service levels.

Key Responsibilties

  • Drive maximum attendance, engagement, and sales conversions for all programs or offerings
  • Conduct timely and effective client calls (congratulations, welcome, reminder, and follow-up calls)
  • Manage, update, and maintain accurate client and sales data
  • Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
  • Handle incoming leads and ensure effective follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators when required
  • Train, guide, and monitor junior team members (if assigned)
  • Attend all required live sessions, meetings, or events without fail
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, and positive attitude
  • Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset and continuous learning behavior

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Strong foundation in Business and Account Management, including managing client portfolios, maintaining satisfaction, and supporting contract renewals.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a data-driven approach to tracking performance and optimizing pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles; familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
