Senior Staff Lead Radar Integration & Test Engineer | Phoenix, NY, United States | Remote | $115,700-$150,500 This employer is a leading defense and security company with a mission to help nations protect their people and societies. The Role • Lead integration and test program planning and execution for radar systems, focusing on verification and validation activities. • Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing. • Lead integration activities, including the development of test environments and tools. • Provide technical and programmatic guidance to internal teams and external customers. • Conduct data analysis, prepare test briefings, and write comprehensive test reports. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to less-experienced engineers. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; a Master's degree is a plus. • 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering. • Proven experience in leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). • Hands-on experience with Radar systems, including software and hardware integration & test activities. • Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience. • Proficiency in C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware, with experience in MATLAB for tool development/system analysis.
