The Role
- Lead integration and test program planning and execution for radar systems, focusing on verification and validation activities.
- Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
- Lead integration activities, including the development of test environments and tools.
- Provide technical and programmatic guidance to internal teams and external customers.
- Conduct data analysis, prepare test briefings, and write comprehensive test reports.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to less-experienced engineers.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering.
- Proven experience in leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- Hands-on experience with Radar systems, including software and hardware integration & test activities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
- Proficiency in C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware, with experience in MATLAB for tool development/system analysis.
