Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong process mapping and Microsoft Visio expertise to support a large-scale transformation initiative for the MTA (New York State). The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, process improvement, business analysis, and stakeholder management within large enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Data Analysis
• Experience working in large, complex, or matrix organizations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, including:
  • SharePoint (Site Creation, Document Libraries, Access Control)
  • Microsoft Teams
  • OneDrive
  • Excel
  • Power BI
  • PowerPoint
  • Outlook
• Advanced Excel skills:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Data Cleaning & Analysis
• Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and data visualization

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Process Mapping experience using Microsoft Visio
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting HR, Operations, Shared Services, or Business Transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP/HRIS systems
• Experience with project/task management tools
• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Microsoft SharePoint (2010 or higher)
  • Microsoft Project (2010 or higher)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
