Job description: Cloud Solution Architect

Role Summary: Our Telecom customer is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience to design and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient multi-cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with exposure to RedHat/OpenShift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end cloud and hybrid architectures
• Develop HLD, LLD, ADRs, and NFRs
• Lead architecture governance and reviews
• Design cloud landing zones
• Implement IAM, networking, and governance controls
• Ensure security-by-design and compliance
• Design hybrid connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute)
• Lead migration and modernization strategies
• Design HA/DR and observability solutions
• Enable DevSecOps (CI/CD, IaC)
• Lead FinOps and cloud cost optimization initiatives
• Manage stakeholders and mentor teams

Required Skills:

• 12+ years IT experience, 5+ in cloud architecture
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP
• Strong networking, security, and HA/DR knowledge
• FinOps and cloud economics knowledge

Preferred Skills:

• Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes
• Telecom domain experience
• DevSecOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• API and event-driven architecture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Engineering/CS
• Cloud certifications preferred
