Scope

Part-time, initially around 1 day per week, could increase.

Role

We are looking for a highly capable Humans + AI product manager to work closely with futurist and entrepreneur Ross Dawson on an AI-augmented thinking app.

We are mapping out an iterative AI-driven architecture and process for our software development.

We need an experienced PM who deeply understands UX and product pathways, who also has the AI competence to work between Ross as product visionary and the dev team.

The role is to:

• Work closely with Ross Dawson to develop, refine and advance our product roadmap to create massive value for users
• Work closely with developers to ensure pace, quality, and alignment on delivering the roadmap
• Bring a strong and experienced UX perspective to bear
• Design pathways for customer feedback and behaviors to be incorporated into product
• Plan the Beta program and post-Beta launch
• Establish the foundations for commercial success

The successful candidate will be working with a team of local and remote specialists.

Capabilities

We are looking for:

• Significant product management experience in early-stage SaaS startups, ideally in productivity or adjacent domains
• Deep understanding of AI in the PM process and solid understanding of AI-assisted software development
• Strong capabilities at delivering UX excellence (we expect to have a separate UI designer)
• Ability to work closely with developers to ensure clarity, momentum, and quality in execution
• Aligned with Humans + AI perspectives and obsessed with AI-augmented thinking
• Ideally - but not necessarily - experienced in SaaS product launches and growth marketing
