Systems Administrator 2 (FST - 126)

Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

Required Skills:

Candidate must have strong Linux experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high availability and performance
Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment strategies and resolve environment-related issues
Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
Ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus tools, and access controls
Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
Stay current with DevOps trends

Required Experience:

Ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
