CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

This executive position requires a seasoned finance professional who will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. This role also plays a key part in liaising with our stakeholders, including investors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Establish and monitor key financial performance indicators to guide decision-making.
- Lead the finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and the board of directors.
- Direct financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.
- Drive investment activities and support the company’s strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and financial trends.
[Qualifications]
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or a related advanced degree preferred.
2. CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management or related field, with significant experience in a leadership role.
4. Proven ability to develop financial strategies and manage complex financial structures.
5. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, risk management, and compliance.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
9. Strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in team management.
10. Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
11. MUST have manufactory industry experiences
12. Able to supervise Treasury, AP/AR, HR/Payroll, SCM
