The Role • Ensure product availability for consumers by fulfilling merchandising needs at retail locations. • Build and maintain product displays, end caps, and shelves, managing product rotation and inventory. • Engage with customers and store decision-makers to generate sales and promote brand visibility. • Act as an ambassador for world-famous brands, maximizing sales opportunities for stores and suppliers. • Execute in-store merchandising support, contributing to a positive shopping environment. What You'll Need • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor. • Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Reliable transportation for travel to and from work locations. • Demonstrated ability to increase sales volume through promotional activities and merchandising. • Comfort working independently while also possessing strong team-building skills. • Must be 18 years or older.
