Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Technical Anchor with deep signals expertise to lead new feature development, architect robust Spring Boot solutions, and drive strict engineering standards across cross-functional teams.

Summary: • Architect and lead software feature development using Java and Spring Boot. • Design RESTful interfaces and deconstruct complex requirements into robust technical designs. • Conduct thorough code reviews, ensure high-quality delivery, and mentor engineering peers. • Leverage modern technologies including MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and the ELK stack.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 12+ years • Total Compensation: $348k+ yearly Job Description: • Serve as the technical anchor and feature lead across the full development lifecycle. • Lead the creation of design documentation using Object-Oriented principles to ensure seamless integration. • Decompose high-level feature designs into actionable tasks and manage feature status for leadership. • Coordinate closely with systems engineering and integrated feature teams to align on technical approaches. • Conduct rigorous merge request reviews to uphold coding standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks. • Utilize Java, Spring, RESTful Web Services, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Docker, Kubernetes, PKI, and continuous integration tools.
