Job Description

• Act as a hands-on builder, delivering prototypes, automations and production-ready solutions
• Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for data, analytics, automation and AI
• Build and enhance the enterprise data warehouse and trusted reporting layers
• Establish and scale an AI Factory, including agentic workflows and internal copilots
• Partner with senior stakeholders across investments, finance and technology to modernise ways of working

The Successful Applicant

• 15+ years' experience across data, analytics, automation or AI, ideally in financial services
• Strong understanding of investment and financial data, reporting and systems
• Proven track record building enterprise data platforms and full-stack applications
• Hands-on technical expertise across modern data, BI, automation and AI tools
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline
