Enterprise Architect - Infrastructure - Banking

This ''REMOTE'' position is open to United States permanent residents only and is a 6-Month W2 Contract to Direct-Hire opportunity. 

Client wants someone with Enterprise Architecture experience for the domain and infrastructure (on-premises data center, co-location facilities) first and foremost with banking/financial services.

StaffRight Associates is sourcing for a premier financial organization to identify a visionary technology leader for a remote, six-month contract-to-hire engagement within the United States. Operating as a critical strategic asset, this position involves orchestrating the core framework of a modern digital ecosystem. StaffRight Associates is managing this search to locate an expert capable of bridging high-level corporate vision with robust, scalable foundational technology, ultimately driving innovation across cloud and data center environments.

What You’ll Do

• Architect the comprehensive conceptual and logical blueprints for corporate systems across public cloud environments, hybrid data facilities, networking, and core processing systems.

• Formulate physical infrastructure guidelines that guarantee cost-effectiveness, high availability, and rapid scaling for modern workloads, including artificial intelligence and digital initiatives.

• Synthesize technical documentation and visual roadmaps alongside specialized leadership to clearly define the current operational health and future-state technology landscape.

• Champion hybrid system archetypes that seamlessly bridge distributed environments with centralized public cloud initiatives.

• Drive the adoption of operational resilience methodologies across all environments, emphasizing automation, deep observability, and fault-tolerant structures.

• Collaborate with engineering and platform squads to translate high-level roadmaps into practical, actionable guidelines, design patterns, and engineering standards.

• Research cutting-edge industry movements and technological advancements to deliver data-backed insights that guide executive investments and optimize delivery methods.

• Articulate complex risk assessments, financial tradeoffs, and structural priorities to executive stakeholders while building cohesive cross-functional partnerships.

What You Bring

• Seven Plus Years of dedicated experience crafting and merging complex applications utilizing advanced Software Architecture Principles And Patterns.

• Deep Knowledge of modern ecosystems, specifically Azure Native Services, Hybrid Connectivity, Container Platforms, and Distributed Systems.

• Proven Experience occupying critical capacities within Software Engineering, Software Delivery, and Solution Architecture Roles.

• Working Knowledge regarding Architectural Frameworks and modern Enterprise Architecture Tools.

• Strong Executive Communication Skills with a demonstrated capacity to convey intricate technological paradigms to non-technical leaders and diverse business groups.

• Demonstrated Ability to operate fluidly within an Agile Environment alongside geographically dispersed technical personnel.

• Prior Experience outlining Site Reliability Engineering Operating Models, including Error Budgets, Service Level Indicators, Service Level Objectives, and Reliability Governance Frameworks (Highly Preferred).

• Professional Certifications focused on Cloud Technologies, specifically Azure Certifications, or formal Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (Highly Preferred).

Compensation & Total Rewards

• Hourly Pay Rate: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour (W-2 contract basis).
