Are you a mechanically inclined "fixer" who loves owning the technology you work with?

Vestcom, a standalone business unit of Avery Dennison, is looking for a Label Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you aren’t just pushing buttons—you are the "pilot" of your equipment. You will be responsible for operating label machines efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues on the fly, and ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards.

Potential Shifts:

Day Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 5am - 5pm, Wednesday 5am - 11am

Day Shift: Wednesday 11am - 5pm, Thursday - Saturday 5am - 5pm

Night Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 5pm - 5am, Wednesday 5pm - 11pm

Night Shift: Wednesday 11pm - 5am, Thursday - Saturday 5pm - 5am

What You’ll Do:

• Own Your Production: Setup and operate label machines to meet daily deadlines with a "zero-defect" mindset.

• Troubleshoot & Improve: Use your mechanical aptitude to diagnose malfunctions and find root-cause solutions rather than "band-aid" fixes.

• Drive Precision: Monitor close tolerances and use our ERP system to log materials and time accurately.

• Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, always prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your teammates.

 Additional Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

• Must have one to two years related experience and/or training.

• Must have strong mechanical skills to analyze and operate label machine equipment.
