Role Summary:
Designation: Senior Executive - Account Management
Job Location: Mumbai
Client/Deployment: Leading Banking Client (On-site)
Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital account management, client servicing, or digital marketing within a leading advertising agency.
We are looking for a Senior Executive - Account Management with a strong digital-first background to manage day-to-day client servicing and execution for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, experience in handling integrated digital campaigns, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across social media, content, ORM, influencer marketing, and digital platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with Creative, Copy, Art, Media, and Strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, status reports, and presentation decks for client meetings.
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and agreed timelines.
- Support campaign planning, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions.
- Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports, insights, and optimization recommendations.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding business objectives and delivering effective digital solutions.
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple workstreams efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within a digital or integrated advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, ORM, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Banking, BFSI, or other large enterprise clients will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Comfortable working from the client's office (on-site) in Mumbai.
