The Role • Prepare construction machinery and equipment for rental operations. • Manage the check-out and check-in process for rental equipment, including customer training on operation. • Inspect, maintain, and repair machinery and devices, including conducting safety checks (UVV). • Perform minor repairs and maintenance both in the workshop and on-site at customer locations or construction sites. • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the premises and equipment. • Identify and document any damage to rental equipment. What You'll Need • Technical or manual trade apprenticeship is desirable. • Previous experience in equipment maintenance and repair (e.g., auto mechanic, technician, fleet management). • Strong sense of responsibility, with a precise and reliable approach to tasks. • A proactive, hands-on attitude and enjoyment of teamwork. • A valid driver's license (minimum Class B). • Proficiency in PC and smartphone usage for communication and documentation. • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
