Multi-Specialty Area Sales Manager | Issaquah, WA | Hybrid | $180,000 - $200,000 We're hiring on behalf of a global biopharmaceutical company with over 70 years of experience dedicated to improving brain health. The Role • Lead, develop, and manage a diverse, high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals for promoted products within the psychiatry portfolio. • Develop area strategic direction and tactical sales plans using robust analytical skills to identify strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats. • Guide the identification of local market systems of care, patient flow, and reimbursement, providing innovative solutions. • Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), advocacy groups, and Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committees. • Ensure sales team members accurately craft selling messages to effectively position products within the provider's setting and payer mix. • Monitor the execution of approved marketing plans and promotion campaigns, providing continuous feedback and development opportunities. What You'll Need • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university. • Minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, or Biologics. • Documented track record of sales success and financial management. • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to develop, train, and provide feedback to a team. • Superior communication skills, both written and oral. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and willingness to travel up to 70% domestically.
