Contract Senior Civil Engineer – Outside IR35 Fully Remote Competitive Hourly Rate (Outside IR35) ⏱️ 40 Hours per Week | 6-Month Contract We’re working with a well-established engineering consultancy delivering a strong pipeline of residential development projects, and they’re looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer on a contract basis.

This is a fully remote, Outside IR35 role, offering consistent workload and the chance to work across multiple live schemes. ️ The Role You’ll be involved in the design and delivery of infrastructure and drainage packages across residential projects, covering: • Infrastructure and drainage design • Feasibility studies and planning support • Preparation of technical drawings and design packages • Liaison with local authorities and stakeholders • Supporting projects through early-stage design to planning ⚙️ Key Requirements • Strong experience in residential infrastructure design • Proficient in Site 3D (essential) • Experience with S104 and S38 agreements • Background in drainage design (surface & foul) • Comfortable working remotely and managing workload independently ⭐ Desirable • Experience producing Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) • Exposure to planning submissions and approval processes The Opportunity • Outside IR35 contract • Fully remote working • 40 hours per week • 6-month initial term (likely extension) • Strong pipeline of residential schemes If you’re a Senior Civil Engineer with strong Site 3D capability looking for a solid Outside IR35 contract, this is a great opportunity to get stuck into.
