Position: Customer Operations / Contact Center Transformation Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 months (Probably extend the project)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Operations & Contact Center Transformation Manager to drive enterprise-scale customer service transformation, operational improvement, technology enablement, analytics, and automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience assessing customer journeys, contact center operations, vendor performance, staffing and capacity, technology platforms, data, and operational costs. The candidate will translate business and operational findings into future-state operating models, transformation roadmaps, prioritized requirements, and measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in customer operations, business transformation, enterprise systems, consulting, or technology-enabled operations.
Experience with conversational AI and customer-service automation.
Experience with intelligent IVR and routing optimization.
Stakeholder management and business development
Strong experience with contact center operations and customer journey transformation.
