Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise Oracle database environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle 12c/19c, RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, performance tuning, database upgrades, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle 12c/19c databases.
  • Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, Grid Infrastructure, and Data Guard environments.
  • Perform database backup, restore, and recovery using RMAN.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot database performance using AWR, ADDM, ASH, OEM, and SQL performance tools.
  • Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Manage database upgrades, migrations, patching, and maintenance activities.
  • Configure and support Oracle GoldenGate replication.
  • Manage tablespaces, datafiles, users, roles, privileges, indexes, and database objects.
  • Support database cloning, refreshes, Data Pump exports/imports, and schema migrations.
  • Develop Shell/Unix/Linux scripts to automate DBA activities.
  • Monitor database availability, capacity, CPU, memory, I/O, and storage utilization.
  • Implement and test HA/DR solutions and participate in disaster recovery exercises.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Work with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams.
  • Participate in 24x7 production support/on-call rotations when required.
