Job description

At Significance, we believe the best results come from investing in great people. As a woman-owned consulting firm supporting federal civilian and Department of Defense customers, we bring together talented professionals who are passionate about solving complex challenges and making a meaningful impact.

We're proud of the culture we've built - one rooted in trust, collaboration, respect, and genuine relationships. Our people are empowered to share ideas, grow their careers, and deliver exceptional results while supporting missions that matter. It's a culture we're proud of, and one that has earned us recognition as a Washington Business Journal Best Place to Work for seven consecutive years.

Significance is seeking a mid-level SharePoint Administrator and Power Platform Developer to join our experienced and dedicated team supporting a large client portfolio. This position requires an active Secret clearance.

The SharePoint Administrator and Power Platform Developer will support a backlog of internal and client requests for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, including new sites, site enhancements, issue resolution, documentation, migrations, automation, and reporting. This position will use existing governance solutions and technical models to gather and document detailed requirements and design, develop, test, and implement robust automated solutions. The role will also provide training and technical support to diverse user groups.

The ideal candidate will have strong low-code development experience, excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering high-quality technical solutions.
