Warehouse Operative

Role Overview 

You will support the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, helping ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. 

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing a job properly and works well as part of a team. 

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided on our systems, processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities 

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently. 

• Pack orders securely and to the required standard. 

• Prepare and process orders for dispatch. 

• Move and organise stock within the warehouse. 

• Assist with receiving and putting away incoming stock. 

• Ensure stock is stored safely and correctly. 

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. 

Support the wider warehouse and distribution team as required.  

Requirements 

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking. 

• Good attention to detail. 

• Comfortable carrying out practical, hands-on work. 

• Able to work efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy. 

• Organised and able to follow established processes. 

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. 

• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week at our Holton Heath site. 

Desirable (but not essential) 

• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment. 

• Experience with picking, packing, dispatch or stock movement. 

• Previous experience working within an e-commerce, retail or distribution environment.
